To ensure a seat in a NorthStar Driving Academy DRIVER'S ED 101TM Class, please, complete the PAYPAL registration in addition to completing this form, and make payment in the NorthStar STORE or visit us in any of our participating schools. NorthStar Driving Academy, LLC, reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. NorthStar also endeavors to provide the best quality customer care any driving school could offer.
